Paths from the car park to Landsker House are about 60m long with a gentle gradient and no steps or ramps. Whilst accessible for wheelchair users, care may need to be taken for those who have difficulty walking, as the surface is slightly uneven because of the local stone paving finish. Lighting operated by sensors ensure it is lit when used at night.

External doors - The front door has an 800mm clear opening with a 100mm high threshold. There is also a flush double fronted bedroom door leading to the garden and with external access to front door..

Ground floor accommodation comprises a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room, double bedroom with ensuite wetroom/ wc/ washbasin and a utility room. There are no steps or thresholds between these areas.
