General Information
Grading:- All properties are inspected regularly by the Welsh tourist Board and are awarded FOUR Star ****
Eco tourism:- We care for the environment
and provide recycling facilities for glass, newsprint and
plastic in our railway carriage.
Heating:- All rooms have electric convector
heaters. Living rooms have a wood burning stove,with a complimentary
basket of logs. There is a well stocked logstore in the old
railway wagon outside, and extra wood is paid for on your
departure. Electricity/heating is free all year round from
2007
Pets:- Pets are welcome and there is good
walking around us. There is a charge of £10 for a dog
and it must be up to date with flea and worming treatments.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or to be left alone in the
cottage and must be kept on a lead in all communal areas.
Babies:- We can provide travel cot (for
under 2's, bedding not included) and highchair, as well as
arrange baby sitting.
Smoking:- We have a no-smoking policy inside
the buildings out of respect for future guests.
Car parking:- There is ample parking (including
space for boats, trailers etc) located away from the buildings
and The Old Farmhouse has its' own driveway and parking.
Bedding:- We provide all bed linen (except
for cots) but not towels, tea towels etc. We can supply these
if it is impractical to bring them, ie: if you are coming
from another country. A charge of £3 per person will
be made to cover laundry and wear and tear.
Gardens:- Each cottage has its own enclosed garden, which is equiped with furniture and BBQ.
Shopping:- The farm above us has its own
shop, with perhaps the best meat in Pembrokeshire together
with local produce and general groceries. The vibrant market
town of Narberth is 10 minutes drive away, with interesting
craft and food shops as well as a busy arts centre, whilst
there are large supermarkets in Tenby, Pembroke Dock and Kilgetty.
Arrivals and Departures:- Landsker
House, Long Barn
and Loveston Barn are Saturday
bookings, The Old Farmhouse is a Friday booking.
We can be flexible out of season. You are welcome to arrive
any time after 3pm. Departure time is 10am.
