Playground & Games Room

The Playground is part of a field and located behind the cottages, away from any cars and surrounded by fields.

It has a slide, sandpit (with play caravan), hill fort, and swings as well as an area for badminton, volleyball., croquet or just letting off steam. There is also a field at the front with goalposts for footballers.

The games room has pool and table tennis tables together with storage for croquet and badminton equipment.

There are board games, puzzles, dartboard and large boxes of Duplo and bricks, together with a wood burning stove for a rainy day.

We now have a solar heated outdoor 12x5m pool and sauna that are near our house and we are very happy for visitors to use at pre- arranged times. For those using the sauna we ask for a contribution towards the cost of electricity of £1.50per hour. The swimming pool can be used 10-12am and 4-6pm and children must be supervised.
